What to Expect

Full-Service Author is my most comprehensive book development, publishing, and post-publication program. It is designed for professionals who want to turn their expertise into a professionally published business book without having to manage all of the details involved in bringing that book to market.

We’ll work together on your book’s strategy, positioning, content, and direction, while I take a hands-on role in managing and coordinating the editing, production, formatting, publishing, and other details required to move your book through publication.

Your involvement remains important. You provide the expertise, experiences, ideas, and input that make the book yours, and you review and approve important decisions throughout the process. My role is to manage much more of the execution so you can remain focused on your expertise and your business.

And our work doesn’t end when your book is published.

After publication, we’ll continue working together on your book’s marketing, visibility, award opportunities, and positioning. We’ll also look at ways to use your book as a business asset to strengthen your authority, support speaking and media opportunities, reach new audiences, and contribute to your broader business goals.

Manuscript scope: Up to 50,000 words
Production: Publishing and production management is included as described in the program
Author participation: You provide your expertise and content and remain involved in reviews, approvals, and key decisions
