If You Can’t Sell, You Shouldn’t Own a Business

lessons from the trenches stagnant sales Mar 06, 2025

You can have the best product, the best service, and the best team—but if you can’t sell, none of it matters.

I’ve seen business owners hide behind marketing, waiting for customers to magically show up. News flash: That’s not how it works. If you’re not closing deals, your business isn’t growing. Period.

The most successful entrepreneurs are also their company’s best salesperson. They don’t delegate sales entirely—they own it. They pitch their value, build relationships, and know how to close. If you’re afraid of selling, business ownership isn’t for you.

Stop hoping customers will find you. Get out there and sell. Because if you won’t, who will? Connect with me here to learn how to sell.
