A methodology I designed for the small business owner to get the most out of their investment. It's a complete picture of where you are today and where you want your business to be one year from now. It includes steps you need to take to reach your goals.

Through private one-on-one coaching sessions, I will show you how I built and grew my own successful companies. I strive to reach a million dollars in sales in less than 24 months.  In one of them, sales reached over $40M throughout its life.  

I will teach you how to design the process and direction for your million-dollar business strategy. It identifies how to make decisions, allocates the proper resources, and determines how priorities are set. It may also include a marketing and sales plan, financial management processes, and ways to measure success.
