Connecting . . .
Each Brain Trust is comprised of 8 to 12 like-minded women in business. For brainstorming and honest feedback, it is important each member has no direct competitor. In the initial 30-minute interview process, details of the group process are explained, your questions will be answered and consideration is taken to connect you with the right group of women. Each member is expected to sign a non-disclosure encompassing their entire group. Each group will decide on a schedule. What happens in the Brain Trust, stays in the Brain Trust.
Participating . . .
Women business owners are busy and handle many tasks in their business and personal lives. Therefore, steps are taken to make the most effective use of time. While membership may be canceled at any time, women business owners achieve the greatest benefit by participating for a minimum of 6 months. Each month a different section of the business is reviewed. This includes marketing, financials, operations and finally completing a one-year strategy by month six. Members will participate online as a group in one six-hour session each month. In addition, each member will receive a private one-on-one 60-minute mentoring session with Darlene Ziebell.

The purpose of a Brain Trust is to help WBEs grow to significant levels of business. It is important members are held accountable to participate and share in each session. Embracing the process by brainstorming and discussions is important for the success of the group. By embracing the methods designed for women in the brain trust, you will improve your business and personal skills. Connect with others by networking and communicating. Guest speakers will be invited as needed. Each member will participate by giving and receiving advice from the group facilitator and other members.
