Terms & Conditions – 90-Minute Private Strategy Session

By scheduling a Private Strategy Session, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Session Fee

The investment for the 90-minute Private Strategy Session is $397 USD and is due in full at the time of booking.

Scheduling

Sessions are conducted by appointment via Zoom or another mutually agreed-upon online platform. You will receive confirmation and meeting details after your booking is completed.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice. Requests received with less than 24 hours' notice may be considered a forfeited session at the sole discretion of Darlene Ziebell.

Refund Policy

All session fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend and provide at least 24 hours' notice, your session may be rescheduled one time.

Confidentiality

All discussions during your strategy session will be treated as confidential. However, you remain responsible for protecting your own proprietary information and should disclose only what you are comfortable sharing.

No Guarantees

The Private Strategy Session is intended to provide strategic guidance, education, and recommendations based on your specific circumstances. Because business results depend on many factors beyond our control, no guarantees, warranties, or promises of specific business outcomes, revenue, profitability, or performance are made or implied.

Strategy Session Credit

If, within 30 days of your Private Strategy Session, you enroll in a Private coaching program that includes one or two monthly private coaching sessions, or you purchase an eligible annual private coaching program, your $397 Strategy Session fee will be credited toward your first program payment.

This credit:

Has no cash value.
May not be transferred to another person.
May not be combined with other promotional offers unless expressly stated.
Expires 30 days after your completed strategy session.

Coaching Relationship

The Private Strategy Session is a consulting and coaching service. It does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, or psychological advice. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take based on our discussions.

Right to Decline Service

Darlene Ziebell reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if it is determined that the engagement is not an appropriate fit or if circumstances prevent a productive coaching relationship.

Sometimes you don't need a long-term coaching program. You simply need an experienced advisor to help you solve an important business challenge, evaluate an opportunity, or provide an objective perspective.

During this private 90-minute strategy session, you'll meet one-on-one with Darlene Ziebell to discuss the issues that matter most to your business. Whether you're looking to accelerate growth, improve marketing, increase profitability, overcome obstacles, or prepare for your next stage of expansion, you'll receive practical guidance based on more than 30 years of consulting experience with businesses ranging from startups to Fortune 1000 companies.

Investment: $397

As an added benefit, if you enroll in a private coaching program with one or two monthly private sessions, or choose an annual coaching plan within 30 days of our meeting, your entire $397 strategy session investment will be credited toward your first payment.
