CEO Strategic Advisory Terms & Disclaimer

By enrolling in CEO Strategic Advisory, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Confidentiality and Mutual Non-Disclosure
    The CEO Strategic Advisory relationship is intended to be private and confidential. Information, business strategies, financial information, documents, plans, and other confidential information shared by either party in connection with the advisory relationship will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without permission, except as required by law. Participation in the Business Growth Forum is also subject to the Forum's confidentiality and non-disclosure requirements.

  2. Strategic Advisory, Not Professional Legal, Tax, Accounting, or Investment Advice
    CEO Strategic Advisory provides business strategy, guidance, perspective, and advisory support based on my professional and entrepreneurial experience. The advisory relationship does not constitute legal, accounting, tax, investment, or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice when necessary.

  3. No Guarantee of Results
    Business growth and financial results depend on many factors outside the control of any advisor, including your decisions and implementation, market conditions, competition, economic conditions, employees, customers, vendors, and other circumstances. No specific revenue, profit, growth rate, business valuation, or other outcome is promised or guaranteed.

  4. CEO Responsibility for Business Decisions
    My role is to provide strategic guidance, perspective, recommendations, and support. You remain solely responsible for all decisions concerning your company and for determining whether and how to implement any recommendations discussed during our advisory relationship.

  5. Scheduling and Rescheduling
    Private advisory sessions are scheduled in advance and conducted via Zoom or other mutually agreed digital technology. If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be considered used except in circumstances otherwise agreed to by me in writing.

  6. Monthly Sessions Do Not Carry Forward
    All prepaid monthly advisory sessions must be used during the applicable monthly service period. Unused sessions do not accumulate, roll over, or carry forward into future months. Any exception must be approved by me in writing in advance. Clients enrolled in twice-monthly advisory should schedule and use both sessions during the applicable month.

  7. Communication Between Sessions
    CEO Strategic Advisory includes reasonable communication by text and email between scheduled sessions for questions, challenges, concerns, and business issues that arise. This access is intended to support the ongoing advisory relationship and does not guarantee immediate or 24/7 availability.

  8. Business Growth Forum Membership
    Active CEO Strategic Advisory clients receive complimentary access to the Business Growth Forum at no additional fee while their qualifying advisory relationship remains active. Participation in the Forum is subject to the Forum's separate terms, confidentiality requirements, and standards of professional conduct.

  9. Cancellation and Refunds
    You may cancel your ongoing advisory relationship in accordance with the terms of your selected plan. All fees paid are non-refundable, including prepaid monthly and annual fees, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Cancellation does not create a refund, credit, or right to unused advisory sessions.

  10. Professional Relationship
    CEO Strategic Advisory is intended to create a professional, respectful, and productive working relationship. Either party may determine that the advisory relationship is no longer appropriate and elect not to continue it, subject to any applicable written agreement and payment terms.
